Lake Notes:

  • 1.       Off-Limits: No boats within 100 feet of all paved ramps, gas docks.
  • 2.       Water Drainage: Drain the big motor, livewell(s) and open the main drain and bilge plugs after weigh-in.
  • 3.       Parking Fees: Tonto Pass Required

Fees:

  • 1.       $60 per angler for Tournament entry fee. Includes $10 for Big Fish pot.
  • 2.       $5 5lb. Pot and $5 Goon Fish Pot.
  • 3.       $50 co-angler contribution to the boat owner
  • 4.       All fees are forfeited if DQ’d or No Show
  • 5.       Fees payable at the May . 12  meeting, on-line or at Pre-launch meeting.

Safety:

  • 1.       Boaters are responsible for ensuring all Federal and State regulations regarding boat safety equipment are met.
  • 2.       PFDs must be worn, and the Kill Switch Lanyard must be attached to driver’s PFD any time the big motor is in gear, except that when a contestant is embarking or debarking at the dock.
  • 3.       Boater must brief Co-Angler on safe operation of boat.
  • 4.       Alcohol and non-medical marijuana may not be consumed from pre-launch to close of weigh-in.

  • 1.       The Tournament Director or designee is responsible for having emergency phone #’s for contestants at the lake.

General Notes:

  • 1.       Contact Tournament Director promptly with any cancellations, changes, or protests. Protests must be filed within 15 minutes after scales close and should be supported by photographs and/or recordings.
  • 2.       Make sure vehicles are properly permitted for parking.
  • 3.       Co-Angler should contact Boater well in advance of tournament to make logistical arrangements.
  • 4.       Co-Angler should help wipe boat down after weigh-in
  • 5.       Boater and Co-Angler share responsibility for compliance with Club tournament rules.
  • 6.       Livewell checks may be performed prior to launch; please have livewell open for pre-launch inspection.
  • 7.       Use of “Viewing Tubes” and underwater cameras during tournament hours is prohibited.
  • 8.       Tournament is “ooze-off” start in numerical order, with Start Boat positioned just inside No Wake buoy line. If fishing inside launch-site No Wake area, Boater must still start tournament, in turn, by idling out past Start Boat and No Wake buoy line before re-entering No Wake Zone.
  • 9.       All Teams must revive or salvage any “floater” fish observed at tournament release-site.
